Hzgy Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms & Applicability

Hzgy.win (hereinafter referred to as "hzgy" or the "Platform") is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between hzgy and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all hzgy services, games, bonuses, payments, and customer support. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Hzgy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration & Use

An active account is required to use hzgy services. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or fabricated information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

Account Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be your own.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials confidential. hzgy will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your account by another person.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity or security breach must be reported to hzgy support immediately.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, hzgy may request identity documents or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawals being temporarily suspended.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use hzgy, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required in your region.
• You must have a valid payment account (bKash/Nagad) registered in your own name.
• You are of sound mind and are using the platform voluntarily.
• You are not on hzgy's self-exclusion list.

Hzgy may request a national ID card or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Hzgy offers a range of promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotions page.

General rules for bonus use:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only. Claiming the same offer multiple times from the same household or IP address is not permitted.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn (typically 30x–50x).
• hzgy reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• hzgy may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions on hzgy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash and Nagad. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Deposit Terms:

• A minimum deposit amount applies — the current limit is displayed on the platform.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
• hzgy does not charge any hidden withdrawal fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Hzgy is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.

List of prohibited activities:

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or engaging in hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other players.
• Exploiting the bonus system through any betting pattern or strategy.

If such activity is proven, hzgy may immediately close the account in question and confiscate any funds held. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared where required by law or upon request from a regulatory authority.

8. Responsible Gaming

Hzgy believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage players to game responsibly and provide the tools needed to help them do so.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits.
• Time Limit: Set how many hours per day you want to spend playing.
